Accommodations: 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
Special Events: 48 hours

Booking fee:
50% of each room rental fee is required upon booking a room. Consideration is given to holding a booking date for five days for booking retainer to be given afterwards the date(s) shall be released for other client(s) booking(s).
Keys:
Tenant key(s) must be returned at the receptionist before vacating the premises at all times. There will be a charge of $10.00 USD per lost key.
Signing in:
Travelers are required to fill-in a sign in and sign out form before occupying the room.
Smoking:
Smoking is impermissible in all rooms, on balconies and verandahs.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Additional:
There will be an extra charge for additional adults or children in rooms. However, the fire code for max occupancy is 4 people in one bedroom suites.
