These are the different types of massage we provide:

    • Energy flow massage – 1-hour Journey

    Energy flow uses a combination of Acu Trigger points, gemstone oil, Source vibrations & stretching techniques to activate our immune system to engage & accelerate the self-healing process. Energy flow stimulates a fourfold increase in the blood microcirculation & a steady decrease in muscular pain.

      • DeStressXpress massage – 30 minutes Journey

      A quick pick-me-up combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, acupressure & energy flow with a relaxing facial massage.

        • Gemstone massage -1-hour Journey

        Combines the health benefits of massages with high vibrational energy infused oils &butter. A holistic combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, energy flow, acupressure, source vibrations, energy flow & lymphatic drainage.

        • Deep Core Massage – 2 hours’ journey

        Body Flow’s Deep core detox works to clear energy blockages, generate vital energy flow, remove any toxins, balance & align our chakras and energy channels. This self-care treatment delves deep into the core, featuring Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, acupressure, source vibrations, energy flow, lymphatic drainage.

        • Four hands massage – 1-hour journey

        Body flow four hands massage is a unique experience offering deep relaxation of the body & mind. Two therapist perform synchronized moves of varying pace & pressure to stimulate the nervous system, promoting deep balance & well-being.

        • Aromatherapy massage- 1-hour journey

        Our aromatherapy massage takes you on a sensory journey, combining the healing touch of massage therapy with the invigorating scents of essential oils. Our skilled therapists, attuned to your well-being, meticulously craft each session to envelop you in a cocoon of tranquility.

        Aqua aerobics
        Aqua aerobics is a low-impact exercise performed in water and is a fantastic way to stay fit and healthy.
        Aqua aerobics improves;

        • Balance and coordination
        • Reduces pain and compression on joints
        • And also reduces stress by promoting muscle relaxation.

        Sound Therapy
        During a massage, we incorporate the concept of source vibrations, which refers to utilizing specific frequencies and rhythms to induce a deeper sense of relaxation and promote a more profound state of well-being. By integrating these intentional vibrations and rhythmic movements into the massage experience, our clients experience a heightened sense of calm, reduced stress, and a greater connection to their body’s natural rhythms.         Sauna
        Sauna is a room designed to be heated to very high temperatures, where individuals sit and experience both dry and wet heat.
